National Training Camp 2024

Kickboxing Ireland National Training Camp: A Weekend of Fun and Learning
This past weekend, the Kickboxing Ireland (KBI) National Training Camp brought together 100 young athletes from across the country for an exciting and fun-filled training experience.

Awesome Training Sessions
The camp was jam-packed with fun and challenging training sessions that helped everyone improve their skills. Mornings started with high-energy warm-ups and fitness drills, followed by practice sessions that were just right for each athlete’s level and style. Afternoons were all about learning new tactics, improving skills, and sparring with friends.

One of the best parts of the camp was the personalized attention each athlete received. Coaches and older athletes worked closely with everyone, helping them figure out their strengths and areas they could improve. They gave lots of great advice and feedback, making sure everyone had a clear plan for getting better.

A beach run kicked off day 2 with the athletes enjoying the sea air and some fun. After some more intense rounds of sparring and advise the camp finished off with a flurry of photographs and a catch up with local radio station Ocean FM.

As the camp came to an end, there was a feeling of pride and excitement in the air. The athletes left with new goals and a renewed belief in their abilities, ready to take on future challenges with energy and confidence. The Kickboxing Ireland National Training Camp was a huge success, setting a high bar for future events and leaving a lasting impact on everyone who attended.
