Kickboxing Benefits
There are many great body and mind health benefits that come with a kickboxing workout. Workouts combine martial arts techniques with heart-pumping cardio in a community environment which means you can get a total workout for your body and mind that will whip you into shape in no time.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Am I too old?
No. We have members in their 70s. There are many aspects of kickboxing and many benefits. Combat is only a very small part of the experience and many of our members don't actively engage in combat but benefit from al the other aspects.
What gear do I need?
To get started all you need is a some loose fitting clothes and a big bottle of water, you'll need it!
A safe, regulated and inclusive environment
All KBI clubs maintain the highest standards and conform not only to Kickboxing Ireland regulations but also the global governing body for kickboxing, WAKO and the over arching Irish governing body for martial arts sports, IMAC.
